Job Description:

－ Project monitoring from acquisition to the end of production in cooperation with the project team

－ Coordination and guidance of co-workers in the design team for clarification of detailed questions internally and externally

－ Securing of the actual information base in between the design team and to all related expert functions

－ Consideration of valid laws, norms, customer specifications and cutomer working instructions

－ Securing of the actual information base (for example introduction of tolerance calculations, explanation of technical concepts, argumentation of advantages and disadvantages of technical solutions, definition of design freeze status, contribution of drawings, etc.)

－ Technical consultation for the project team in all development phases for technical changes (customer, supplier,)

－ Creation of complete concepts and designs after specification from the project team under consideration of Brose production conditions and use of standard components and repeatable parts as far as possible

－ Execution of principle investigations for product improvements, realization of innovations, creation of technical analysis to competitors products

－ Definition of specifications for customer products and cooperation for definition of test requests

－ Planning of tasks for the technical supervised co-workers for on schedule completion of tasks in coordination with the team leader design team and project team

－ Expansion of expertise in relation of daily working procedures, content and know-how and also of the technical supervised co-workers

Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor and above degree, major in mechanical engineering related;
2. Good writing English skill
3. More than 3 to 5 years
4. Familiar with automotive field design standards and procedure;
5. Familiar with general EMC/Safety design considerations;.
6. Honest and Positive work attitude;
7. Good team work spirit and communication skill
8. Good Analytical thinking
