岗位描述：
1. 开发支持及数据库的管理和优化；
2. 研究数据库架构和开展数据库优化，提高系统的稳定性和健壮性；
3. 制定和改进应急预案、策略和相关规范，提高服务运维质量；
4. 与产品开发团队紧密配合，规划、设计、评审和优化数据库技术方案；
5.上班地点：宁波

职位要求：
1. 5年以上的数据管理、研发及相关工作经验；
2. 3年以上可扩展数据库系统的开发经验，良好的数据库架构基础；
3. 精通MySQL数据库的运行机制和体系架构；
4. 精通/熟悉MySQL数据库的管理，经验丰富者优先；
5. 有大规模数据存储、分表/分库、集群、复制和相关的数据访问层设计经验；
6. 具有IO与系统性能优化的经验；
7. 有系统、网络、存储、系统或硬件等方面经验者优先；
8. 熟悉linux操作系统的使用；
9. 良好的团队沟通、协作和事务驱动能力;
10.良好的英文沟通能力。

Our company was founded in 2005. The headquarters of JAGO AG Germany is located in Stuttgart - a famous industrial and commercial area in the south of Germany. Our many warehouses are located in central Germany, in the areas surrounding Goettingen. Over the years we have experienced impressive growth. JAGO AG has now more than 150 employees all over Germany. Our diverse departments include: international procurement, marketing, commercial trade, and logistics. Our products are sold all over Europe.Based on our continued success, China procurement plays special and important role.
