职位描述
JOB OBJECTIVES/岗位设立目的:
? To independently handle assigned tasks related to employee relationship
and labor issues with high efficiency and satisfaction.
? To provide support to superior on handling complex ER related topics
with more efficient cross communication and output.
? According to company strategy, provide supports on Employee Relationship
activities to enhance company culture and promote company social image.
? Initiate and optimize HR activities to improve employee satisfaction to
support on company retention program
? Dealing with disciplinary and labor issues to align with company and
government policy
? Support on programs related to Corporate Social Responsibility to
enhance company’s social image.
? Propose and implement the optimization for employee activities, such as
company sport activities, Family Day, Annual Dinner, Festival Celebration, etc.
by organizing company employee committee to meet both employees and management
expectation
? Provides supports and coordinate on employee communication topics, such
as quarterly information sharing, company policy communication, HR
media/marketing topic, etc.to make sure effective information delivery and
enhance company social image on HR market
? Be responsible for disciplinary and labor management for employees below
team leader level to meet company and government policies
? Propose design of employee reward & recognition program , such as
monthly outstanding employee, patent reward, etc. and implement the program to
make sure improvement of employees’ satisfaction and effectiveness
? Coordinate on annual company employee satisfaction survey to make sure
the on time delivery and accurate summary for management and employee sharing
? Support on company performance management topic, including annual
performance appraisal, MbO target setting, etc. to make sure the smooth implementation,
on time delivery and accurate summary
? Propose and implement the optimization of company Charity Program to
enhance good corporate reputation and image within industry
? Implement other tasks assigned by superior to meet superior’s
expectation.
MINIMUM POSITION
REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)/基本岗位任职条件:
? Bachelor degree
? At least 5 years’ experience in HR field
? Familiar with government regulations regarding labor employment, such as
labor law, labor contract law etc.
? High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet
applications
? Fluent English in reading, writing, listening and speaking
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
(NICE TO HAVE)/优先考虑条件:
? Experience in Employee Relationship function
? Experience on handling labor dispute or employee performance improvement
? Experience on other HR functions, such as C&B, recruitment, etc.
