JOB OBJECTIVES/岗位设立目的:

Support KAM for relative
sales activity such as sample tracking, reporting, regular customer follow

JOB SCOPE/岗位责任范围:

Sample tracking,
documentation (support HOD), price maintain in SAP, others customer relative
activity support

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责:

Make sales
report consolidation and input sales forecast data to SAP system according to
the data from Key Account Manager, ensure the accuracy of all the data input.

？
SAP system
support for new projects, such as part number creating, master data
maintenance, PPAP etc. Ensure the accuracy of all data and each process of the
projects at SAP is done on time.

？ Track the open actions according to regular project
review meeting with Key Account Managers and escalate to department manager appropriately
to ensure all the actions are completed on schedule.

？
Update the PPT
for project status review with top management regularly according to the data
provided by Key Account Managers. Validate all
commercial proposals and implement company business policy

？
Responsible for
first round quotation of new Industry customers according to our standard
pricing rules and handover potential customers to KAM for further follow up. Maintain good relationship with customers.

？ Responsible for sample order process tracking and maintenance
in SAP system, such as application, data input, approval process, etc. to ensure
the on time delivery to customer.

？ Provide back office support during Key Account
Manager’s business trip, such as pick up business call and take notes, contact
Key Account Manager and support to deal with emergent case, etc.

？ Support on exhibition related issues to sales team
to make sure the preparation go smoothly and the success of exhibition.

？ Provide administrative supports if necessary.

？ Accomplish the tasks according to the requirements
from direct supervisor.

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS
(MUST HAVE)/基本岗位任职条件:

Bachelor degree

3- 5 years working
experience is sales support , industrial products knowledge is a
plus

Fluent in English and
Mandarin.

Good command of MS office, especially
Excel and PPT.
