MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责:

？ Derive test plans according to product
specification and verification/validation requirements to meet project
requirement.

？ Develop new test process and fixtures and
define specifications to order internally or from outside to finish the project
test.

？ Train juniors in test Lab, share the
knowledge to team in aspects of standard or technical.

？ Conduct test work and make test report to ensure
the test is on-time delivery.

？ Support calibration activities for lab
equipment to keep the equipment in good condition.

？ Support/collaborate with R&D engineers on
new product development to assist project maturity.

？ Perform the requalification tests in
accordance with the requirements of certification institutes.

？ Support the continuous knowledge improvement
process, give training on R&D engineers to make test standard knowledge
delivery;

？ Get excellent knowledge of international
standards, e.g. safety standards or environmental test standards on electro
technical components;

？ Be able to analyze correlations and perform
root cause analysis on test samples, give recommendations to R&D engineers.

？ Be responsible for new product certification
in aspects of UL/ENEC/CQC etc.

？ Be responsible for product certificate
upgrade to keep the product certificates in valid status.

？ Lead / support the third part product audit to
pass the audit smoothly;

？ Maintain the equipment in test lab and ensure
all the equipment run under a good condition.

MINIMUM POSITION
REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)/基本岗位任职条件:

？ Bachelor degree above, majored in electronic/electrical engineering

？ Have more than 3 years of working experience in the test lab, be
familiar with the standards of GB, IEC, UL, etc., be familiar with and capable
to operate common test equipment/instrument in electronic and electro technical
voltage range up to 1000 V.

？ Good communication skills

？ Good team work spirit

？ Strong sense of responsibility

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

？ Electrical product field experience

？ R&D or quality Lab working experience
