JOB OBJECTIVES/岗位设立目的:

The IE Test Equipment Planner
creates automotive test concepts and performs calculations for new projects.
He/she reviews, coordinates and completes the inspection requirement document
(IRD) together with R&D. Based on the IRD he/she creates test equipment specifications
for in-circuit tester, functional
tester, end of line tester, shipping end test as well as safe-launch test equipment.

JOB SCOPE/岗位责任范围:

The IE Test Equipment Planner
is responsible for creation of test requirements for the product and product specific
software for test asks with simple to medium complexity. He/she ensures that the
product is testable with the equipment, makes sure the use / application of the
test standard and the mechanical test equipment standards (according to the product
group). He/she creates a test equipment concept based on the “inspection
requirement" from the development department, in close cooperation with
R&D, quality and manufacturing planning

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责:

Monitoring of test equipment in the assembly line in terms of time and
quality

Follow the defined standards, internal as well as national/international

Creation of cost effective, flexible solutions

Creation of time cycle time calculations

Conduct amortization calculations together with manufacturing planner

Creation of plant-specific automation levels

Creation of the specification for test equipment (ICT, function test,
EOL test)

Acquisition/coordination of test equipment from the tooling department

Monitoring of release process for the test equipment by the tooling
department

Monitoring of the installation and optimization of the equipment

Create production-oriented test equipment, ergonomic aspects, handling

MINIMUM POSITION
REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)/基本岗位任职条件:

Fundamental technical knowledge based on at least a bachelor university
degree, major in communications or electronic engineering, automation
technologies, mechatronics

Min. 3 years of work experience in the measurement and test engineering field

Able to read and fully understand technical drawings and specifications

Have the ability to communicate with others

English (ability to understand technical documents written in English
and ability to discuss written or oral about technical problems in English)

Good knowledge about Electrical and Electronic Circuit Diagrams

Good knowledge about Measurement and Test Engineering

Good knowledge of Chinese safety regulation of equipment

Good sense of team - work

Basic quality understanding, including the quality tools and controlling
theory

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
(NICE TO HAVE)/优先考虑条件:

Knowledge circuit technology, microprocessor technology

Knowledge in processing parallel projects

Knowledge in the areas: FMEA, Calibration, test methods and processes,
capability studies

Experience in Automotive industrial

Good knowledge of CE

Knowledge about LabView
