Position: Procurement Specialist
The position holder will be responsible for all technical procurement activities including capital assets expenses, maintenance and spare parts expense, services and other technical expense.
Responsibilities:
1.Develop and maintain procurement plans and procedures.
2.Coordinate and communicate with user department to clarify the demand specification and ensure best selection of demand, and maximize cost saving. Deliver optimum benefits in pricing and levels of service.
3.Initiate, manage and execute local cost saving. Control technical spend and perform various analyses.
4.Follow markets and understand cost drivers within the specific area.
5.Evaluate and select suppliers. Be involved in audit/qualification to suppliers.
6.Data driven negotiations and contract closure.
7.Initiate and follow up related changes and deviations in Xellia’s quality system if necessary.
8.Implement globe process and tools, in cooperation with Xellia global procurement team.
9.Assist Procurement Manager to prepare budget.
10.Finish other works assigned by Procurement Manager.
Qualification and Requirement:
1.>=4 Years of experience with strategic procurement of capital expenses, maintenance & repair and service agreements, preferable from the Pharmaceutical industry.
2.GMP and EHS knowledge is preferred.
3.Hold business or technical degree with Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration or alike.
4.Fluent in English communication.
5.Good Microsoft Office skill.
