职位要求：

1、必须会Solidworks 3D制图软件，其他相关图纸设计软件，如AUTOCAD，Pro/E等

2、电子信息化，机械工程/工业设计相关专业

3、会基本的英语会话沟通、了解相关专业英语术语

4、经验不限，初级工业设计或者新毕业者亦可

5、有LED灯具工作经验，懂PCB设计的优先考虑。

Studied Mechanical Engineering – Has a degree in it.

Working knowledge of SolidWorks 3D Drawing program

Basic English communication skills, knowledge of the technical terms in English

Experience is not mandatory

主要职责：

The following is a summary of the job requirements and expectations:

· Work closely with and to support the objectives of General Manager in Ningbo

· Generally responsible for the quality and consistency of products manufactured in China for ASG.

· Establish clear understanding of quality specs and production timing with each factory

· When necessary, provide factory with clear and precise drawings of the manufactured item

· Seek out multiple qualified factories to quote on volume items and be able to submit those finished samples or exact drawings of items.

· Make frequent QA check visits to factories in production on ASG items

· Make recommendations for the improvement of quality and inform of opportunities to lower costs without sacrificing quality

· Submit new product ideas to management for review

· Always dress and act professional at all times

· All gifts, favors, tickets, etc. are considered to be the property of ASG and should be reported to management. Meals provided by factories or suppliers are allowed but must be reported.

· A daily recap of activities will be expected at the end of each working day.

· Establish direct communication with Chief designer, General Manager and head of Purchasing as well as President and CEO to receive advice and new projects.
