Job Position: Accountant / Logistics Coordinator


Responsibilities:


Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.

Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.

Handling import and export taxes, tariffs, shipping payments transaction, etc.

Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.

Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.

Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control



Requirements:

Four years related working experiences needed

Office Ningbo

Must have flexible work hours to communicate with US office and customers

Must have good English language skills

6 years related working experiences needed.

you must have a set of financial file format after through the interview.english and chinese language will great.

two-day weekend for this position
