Accountabilities:

1.Ensure cost management is done at all times
2.Ensuring financial disciplines and integrity in office.
3.ensureing branch budget/targets are achieved on yearly basis.
4.Reduce outstanding payments from clients/agents etc
5.Set up good relatiobship with shipping line&agency and try to get good rate and space guarantee.
6.Ensure customer service is the best and customer satisfied with the service we provided.
7.Regular visit to clients,timely quotation and follow up.
8.Ensuring increase in sale and profitability.
9.Relation development with network offices,network agents and local carriers.
10.Supervise and coordinate entire running among OP and Marketing&Accounting.
11.Trained all staff to perform their functions and handle responsibilities.

Essential Qualifications:
1.Degree: Bachelor or above
2.English: Good command in English,CET6 or above is prefered
3.10+ years experience,forwarder,logistics,shipping,international trade realated.
4.Proficiency in use of word/excel/office solfware.
5.Relationship and customer resource.
