Manage the HR issues in line with business objectives

Implement an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, induction, career management, etc

Ensure efficient payroll and administration processes
确保薪资支付和行政管理系统有效
Guarantee working conditions in compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment policies
保证工作条件和集团HSE政策一致
Manage industrial relations with local employee representatives
管理员工关系
Implement Group HR policies and processes within the site, including "Employee Empowerment", part of the FaureciaExcellence System
确保实施集团人力资源政策和程序在工厂内的实施，尤其是佛吉亚卓越体系中的员工激励体系
Report relevant HR information to Regional HR Manager
向区域人力资源经理汇报人力资源信息

Qualification
任职要求
Managerial experiences 5 years and above
5年以上人事工作经验
Sufficient knowledge in all areas of human resources function
丰富的人力资源各领域工作经验
Good at in communication skill and problem solving
良好的沟通和问题解决能力
Computer skills
良好的电脑操作技能
Bachelor’s Degree in business, Human Resources Management, related field
管理学或人力资源相关专业学士学位
Fluent English skills, including oral and listening English
流利的英语技能，包括口语及听力
Working location is Leping of Foshan Sanshui
