Responsibilities
？ Prepare meeting agenda and related materials.
？ Schedule resource including meeting room, timing, participants, etc. for change meeting.
？ Take notes for each item reviewed in change meeting and report after meeting.
？ System lead, be responsible for CCD system for engineering, Maintain approval information in CCD system.
？ Lead the change management workflow, and transfer knowledge to related person.
？ Coordinate between engineering / JV / NAFTA & EMEA Change management team.
？ Unit responsible has the right to make flexible arrangement on backfill resources utilization across multiple projects and new coming de-coupled workload.

Engineer Qualification Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor or above.
2. 1~2 years solid working experience, newly graduated is preferred.
Express in clear and logic way.
3. Skilled in written English and Fluent in oral English (Mandatory), good at French, Italian is preferred.
4. Proficient in MS office.
5. Good communication skill and good team worker.
