The Role

The main purposes attached to this role are: · Execute about 30 different monthly recurring travel cost reports. · Reports based on excel templates and data from a global database · Adhoc analysis on travel behaviour, demand management and cost savings potential · Adhoc reporting on various travel data to Global Travel Team in headquarters

About You

· Experience in a MNC environment · Super user in Excel (incl. Pivot) and used to work with “big data” · Analytical mind-set · Ability to create convincing presentation material out of the data · A very structured approach to all work tasks · Organised and with high priority on delivering within timeline · Motivated by repeating tasks & orientation to details · Experienced in exporting/importing data from databases to Excel (desirable) · Experience with Macros and Visual Basic is a plus · Experience from the travel industry will be viewed as an advantage but not required We Offer § A place in a large procurement organization and in a well-known conglomerate § Being part of a well-established global Travel Team § Many learning and contribution opportunities § international travel one to two times annually § Central office location in Shanghai
