PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be responsible for the work at front desk, represent the first image of company.

1. To answer and transfer the incoming phone calls on a timely and proper manner.
2. To guide visitors and guests in proper way.
3. To order and dispatch stationary once a month
4. To arrange the incity and intercity outgoing express and pack up the waybill records everyday.
5. To keep record for outgoing (to customer) He Xiao Dan and customs declaration documents (to customs broker), check incoming He Xiao Dan and keep files (lianxidan), book incoming invoices
6. To dispatch the incoming express/documents and fax by email in time.
7. To monitor the storage of printing items and order the printing if out of storage timely to ensure the supply.
8.. To manage the cleaner's work and ensure the public area in the office tidy and clean.
9. To arrange tickets and hoel booking.
10. Others tasks assigned by the managers.


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
1. College degree;
2. Fluent in written and oral English, CET-4 or above.
3. High sense of responsibility, details-focused, customer service oriented, well-organized
4. Outgoing, dexterity, team working, eager to learn, long-term oriented
5. Be willing to grow with the company, can work under pressure
