1. Input orders and issue related documents to customer, suppliers and internal service department.
2. Handle daily correspondences.
3. Give clerical support such as filing, photocopying.
4. Assist Merchandisers in order follow-up.
5. Samples checking and dispatch, photo shooting, and prepare offer sheet and catalogues to customers.
6. Assist Merchandiser in buying season such as car booking, sample display.
7. To participate in business trip together with the Merchandiser and the buyer or to handle a buying trip independently.
8. To participate in price negotiaiton and calculation of freight rates.
9. To follow up on shipments in co-ordination with Shipment Control Department.
10. To handle daily correspondence independently or under the guidance of the supervisor.

Requirement:
1. Good English both in oral and written
2. Hardworking with good attitude and learning capacity
3. Team worker with good communication skill
4. Open minded and intecultural competence
5. Similar working background is a plus
