职位描述
Job Function:
- Oversee the Sales & Marketing function of the company for the whole of China;
- Assist General Manager in Strategic Planning;
- Developing and executing Sales and Marketing Plan;
- Setting and achieving the Sales objectives;
- Manage and motivate the sales and marketing team in China;
- Joint marketing with all concerned cooperation partners in China;
- Key account management;
- Review of major quotation and contracts;
- Work closely with Finance department on credit review and control;
- Handling customer complaint;
- Market research on service requirement and competition;
- Identify business opportunity and develop new accounts;
- Any other matters as and when required.
Skills & Knowledge:
- 5 or more years experience in the function of Sales and Marketing for multinational companies in Logistics / Forwarding industry, at least 5 years in managerial level position; Master of Business Administration;
- Good command of English both verbal and written;
- Good communication and interpersonal skill;
- Customer oriented and good leadership;
- Experience in ISO tank & chemical field will be preferred.
