Position Title: Recruiting Consultant

About the Position:

We are looking for a talented candidate to bring previous head-hunting experience and success combined with passion and purpose to our team. We prefer candidates with at least one year in a head-hunting firm, with at least 6 months experience as a recruiter with a proven track record and leadership skills and experience managing researchers and Jr. Consultants. Success Requirements:

· Ability to judge from a CV or resume if an applicant could be a serious possibility for a job vacancy.

· Adaptability to new software programs.

· Willingness to work under manager in completing recruiting process.

· Competence in discussing job requirements with potential candidates (verbally and using email).

· Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.

· Experience and desire to work with multi-national managers.

· Effective communication skills.

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements:

· At least 1-2 years in recruiting position

· 6 months as a consultant or recruiter

· Ability to handle entire recruiting process with minimal oversight from managers
