Job responsibilities:

1)Monitor operations team to achieve designed customer services level, productivity and KPI performance
2)Provide feedback to customer inquiry and complaints.
3)Proactively take actions to meet customers' needs and work closely with account manger to develop enhanced solutions.
4)Evaluate success and failure from daily operations to improve business development practices
5)Improve scope, scale and profitability of service to customers
6)Facilitate knowledge sharing within the team and among other HFS team members

Job Requirements:
1) College and above
2) At least one year working experience in 3PL, has BLP / FTZ experience is preferred
3) Good communication skills
4) Godd Egnlish in written and reading
