Job Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Review monthly vouchers, financial report and analysis to ensure the accuracy in recording and reporting to local finance manager on a timely basis;
2. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly closing and prepare reporting package for the relevant entity;
3. Meet and communicate with operation regularly to fully understand the needs and requirements of them;
4. Work with Controller and Regional Specialists to Implement and Maintain Best Practice Internal Control Processes;
5. Participate Audits from both Internal and External Auditors then to follow up any issues identified;
6. Fixed Assets / CAPEX management;
7. Manage a team of accountants on effective utilization, recovery and to ensure team quality;
8. Assist and to support Finance Manager on business development activities;
9. Coach and responsible for the work performed by the accountant in charged under the assigned entity portfolio;
10. Other ad hoc assignments.

2. 确保区域公司每月关账和报告的准确性和及时性；
3. 与运营部门沟通并完全理解他们的需要和要求；
4. 与财务总监或地区财务经理合作,实现和维护最佳的内部控制流程；
5. 参与并配合内部和外部审计，并跟踪发现的任何问题；
6. 固定资产模块的管理；
7. 管理一个团队使之高效运行,确保工作质量;
8. 协助和支持财务经理开发业务；
9. 培训员工，并对其负责的工作职能负责；
10. 其它委派的临时任务。

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or related disciplines; CPA or ACCA holder is an advantage;
2. Around 3-5 years’ experience in areas of accounting & tax; financial review, management accounting & budgeting, etc.;
3. Working experience in renowned Share Service Center, consulting firm or foreign enterprise is an advantage ;
4. Demonstrate a good knowledge in PRC GAAP, IFRS, PRC Tax Laws and Regulations and forex regulation;
5. Excellent knowledge of computer skill including MS Office, an integrated ERP System (UFIDA, Kingdee, SAP),etc.;
6. Good command of both English and Chinese;
7. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, time-management skills and with strong sense of responsibilities;
8. Excellent commitment to job, positive initiative, a good team player and with right attitude to work; and
9. Technically competent in resolving day to day operations relating to tax and accounting matters.

1. 本科学历, 财务、会计或相关专业; 最好获得CPA、ACCA，会计中级资格，部分考试通过也可以考虑；
2. 3 - 5年左右在会计与税收,财务稽核，财务管理和预算等经验；
3. 有著名的共享服务中心,咨询公司或跨国公司工作经验；
4. 通晓并熟练运用中国会计准则，中国税收法律法规和外汇制度；有国际会计准则经验；
5. 优秀的计算机技能,包括办公软件知识,一个集成的ERP系统(用友软件、金蝶软件或SAP) 等；
6. 良好的中英文读写说能力；
7. 强大的组织、多任务、时间管理技巧和强烈的责任意识；
8. 对工作有优秀的承诺精神；积极主动,良好的团队合作精神和正确的工作态度;
9. 有能力解决日常操作有关税收和会计事项。
