ABOUT DIRECT HR:

DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

Client:

The client is an international company specialized in the 3rd party auditing for the textile industry

Job Location:

Home base position, open to locate at any city in mainland China.

Travelling:

Frequently within China

Reporting to:

Head of Auditing Department

Responsibilities:

+ To audit the textile company according to international textile ecology standards for social and environment compliance

+ To perform factory auditing (including making up, dyeing, printing, finishing process etc.)

+ Carry out Factory Evaluation, Health, Safety and Labor law inspection, and documents verification

+ Checking chemical usage in textile dyeing mills

+ This is a home based position with extensive travelling in mainland China

Requirements:

+ Bachelor degree in Textile, preferably Dying, Finishing or Chemical

+ At least 6 years working experience in production of materials, finishing, making up, knowledge on QM system.

+ Very strong technical understanding of the different wet production processes in a textile production site, knows dying chemicals, knows dying machines, knows dying processes

+ Need to have experience in many, not just a few, different textile production companies

+ Able to make an analysis of a factory to determine their stand, optimization fields, quality level

+ At least 4 years of relevant auditing experience in other companies or 3rd party audit firms.

+ CCAA Certified Auditor with Auditing Experience according to at least one of the following standards: Oeko Tex 100, Oeko Tex STeP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SA 8000, OHS18001.

+ Need to have: CCAA Licensed Auditor

+ Fluent English to communicate with colleagues from German HQ and receive training in English

+ Character: speak directly and openly, careful in assessment, self motivated, detail orientated

Experience from working in a foreign company is preferred.

+ Good presentation and report writing skills.

+ Good communication skill and interaction with client and team members.
