SUMMARY
This position will report to Finance Manager – China, handle or support the cashier and payment process for Align China. This hands-on role offers both variety and responsibility along with the opportunity to make a strong contribution to our growth and expansion plans in Align China.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, in the area of:
Be responsible for bank transactions, as well as monthly reconciliation
Prepare the document for foreign currency payment required by the bank
Verify, check and process invoices for AP payment / T&E claims and ensure proper approval of expenses
Handle customer invoice sorting and delivery
Appropriately file monthly accounting records and ledgers
Other Tasks assigned by Finance Manager
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
College or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
At least 2 years relevant experience in finance and accounting
Working experience in a multinational company environment, with ability to operate in diverse cultures
A good team player with strong verbal and written communication skills, and good interpersonal skills to give strong business partnering support
Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
Deadline-conscious with “can do” spirit to ensure timely reporting
Have a positive work attitude including willing to work some longer hours during peak periods
Agile, results oriented, customer focused
Acts with integrity and fairness and high standards of accountability
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Language: English and Chinese (written and spoken)
Strong systems skills with prior experience of Finance ERP system. Working knowledge of NetSuite and Hyperion is a plus
Advanced Excel skills, ability to work with lookups and pivot tables
WORK SCHEDULE / HOURS
Normal work hours Monday – Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm, based in Shanghai office
