Now we are recruiting a Project Manager.

Responsibilities:
- System setup
- Final Responsibility and Total Quality control on projects
- Maintain the client relationship and client satisfaction
- Proactively update client to its satisfaction, proactively anticipate client needs
- Operational Management of team
- Ensure smooth cooperation among team members
- People Management
- Conducting regular performance appraisal for each team member
- Define & communicate training needs to Ops Manager
- Cost awareness
- Ability to determine, analyze and take appropriate actions to control expenses (evaluator Fees, Translations), without neglecting quality

Requires:
- At least three years working experience in the related area
- Management skills & people management skills
- Develop trust and confidence
- Demonstrates responsibility, ethical and honest behaviour in all tasks & responsibilities
- Strong organization and decision making skills
- Skills in setting goals, providing timely feedback and coaching employees
- Ability to work with and coach a wide range of individuals. Demonstrates respect for people of all backgrounds
- Logical thinking with creative problem-solving; reacts quickly and appropriately to problems. Follows up in a timely manner
- Gets things done: demonstrate the ability to get results
- Ability to deliver the required standards under pressure
- Time management
- Excellent knowledge of a foreign language
- Professional phone answering
- E-mailing etiquette
