职位描述

Bare International is dedicated to Mystery Shopping. We are authorized by our clients to find mystery shoppers and evaluate their shops worldwide. The shoppers are required to visit the shop and then provide feedback about their experiences through online questionnaires.

Our shoppers come from all walks of life and they have different social background and levels of education. Therefore, the quality of their questionnaires greatly varies.

Our clients would review reports with a critical eye. Any mistake in the report will give rise to doubt and dissatisfaction.

As an editor, it is their task to check and control the quality of those questionnaires before they are delivered to our clients.

Job description:

1. Check the report or see if there is any

- Spelling, language, grammar mistake

- Discrepancies/contradictions

- Scenario breaches, instructions not followed

- Wrong shop visited

- Unprofessional lay-out

- And so on

2. Grade reports and provide short feedback to shoppers.

3. Report mistakes found to the in-house editor and project team.

Requirements:

1. Detailed oriented and responsible.

2. Have good command of English, esp written English.

3. Have enough spare time (e.g at least 1-2 hours per day).
