职位描述
职责:
1、处理客户的询问；
2、报价及订单跟进，包括发货订货、跟进供应商发货、制作发货文件、开具发票、跟进货款等；
3、配合部门内和部门之间的工作协调；
4、执行其他被委派的工作任务。
要求：
1、理工科大专以上学历；
2、三年以上工作经验，具统筹能力，有商务、物流、贸易客服工作经验或跟单经验者优先；
3、电脑应用熟练、英语听说读写能力强（达CET-4或同等水平），日常工作绝大部分需使用英语读写；
4、具有较强的客户服务意识，性格稳重大方，有耐心和责任心。
5、熟悉SAP系统优先。
