岗位职责：

Participate in the RF sub-system (CP) level requirement collection, from customer, marketing, sales, etc..

- Platform level competitive analysis：

 PCBA BOM analysis

 Define the second source components and verification methodology.

- Transferring customer requirement to real solution and practical circuit level implementation. That generally include:

 Schematics design, review and provide PCB design guidance and PCB review.

 Support RF components sourcing if necessary.

 Production line coordination for the phone board manufacturing, SMT and assembly, when necessary.

 System bring-up and debug, test. Responsible the production level delivery quality.

 Formfactor performance verification and debug.

- Generating design app notes, debug guidance for internal and customer release.

- Platform post release customer support (internal and external) and maintenance when necessary.

Mandatory qualifications include:

- BSEE/MSEE degree, with 3+ years hand-on experience in RF sub-system development in handset design area.

- Have experience in hardware board development including schematics design, board debug and test. Knowledge in RF driver software is a plus.

- Have practical experience on design/test on typical RF circuit. Good understand to RF transceiver structure and typical Tx/Rx parameter. Good to typical RF test specification.

- Strong capability C7on RF circuit debug (Tx/Rx and system level) with test equipment support.

- Familiar to at least three of below modem system: 2G (GSM/GPRS/EDGE), 3G(TDSCDMA/WCDMA), LTE (LTE-TDD/LTE-FDD).

- Antenna design know-how, RF/WIFI/GPS/NFC co-exist design experience.

- Willing to travel domestically and internationally, for potential customer support.

- Good communication skills—able to communicate with various people and understand potential request, capable to do task coordinate inside/external company.

- Good Chinese and English reading/writing/speaking
