General Description:

- Manage the purchase cycle and push vendors delivery on time in full

-Check Purchase order and Proforma Invoice, and sign back PO/PI to suppliers

- Develop detailed report for each stage of PO cycle and produce weekly management summaries.

- Liaise with vendors, artwork team and UK buyer for artwork confirmation, identify certificate, sample confirmation, production schedule and other issues.

- Expedite vendors to arrange delivery earlier for low stock level items.

- Push vendors to deliver cargo to warehouse and coordinate with QC inspector to load report on time

- Coordinate with vendors and QC department to handle QC failed POs and push vendors complete reworking promptly.

- Cooperate with 3rd logistic party to arrange shipment on time.

- Other tasks affiliated with supply chain function required by leader

Work experience requirements/Skills

- The successful candidate will have 1-2 years Operations experience, retail trading business and knowledge of DIY tools is preferred.

- Excellent spoken and written English, advanced in EXCEL skills.

- Good knowledge in import and export business.

- The candidate must be a strong team player, good communicator and willing to learn.
