职责描述：
负责整车开发过程中相关的NVH分析；
负责使用CAE方法完成整车振动噪声模拟分析任务，并且对振动噪声性能做出评价；
负责排气系统，前、后副车架，前后悬架，转向管柱的NVH分析；
负责提出振动噪声性能改进和优化的方案。
任职资格：
1、熟悉汽车结构，掌握汽车NVH相关理论，熟练掌握动力学，声学相关理论。
2、至少熟练掌握MSC.NASTRAN、SYSNOISE、AUTOSEA、ADAMS等相关软件中一种，熟练掌握HYPERMESH。
3、汽车及相关专业硕士毕业，1-2年相关工作经验者，优先考虑。
