Quality Engineer (SDE)


Basic Purpose of the position:
? Focused on selection, development and improvement of strategic suppliers;
? Drive supplier continual improvement and cost down activities;


Job Duties:
? Supervise junior Quality Engineers;
? Drive supplier quality improvement to achieve management target;
? Drive global solution on supplier quality incident;
? Execute supplier continual improvement and cost down activities through applied Lean, Kaizen or Six Sigma techniques;
? Develop supplier to equip with quality risk management competency;
? Prepare monthly report with follow-up action plan;

Requirements:
? Bachelor Degree or above, Majored in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical;
? 5 years quality assurance working experience;
? Familiar with electrical appliance production and process control;
? Familiar with QMS(ISO9000/ISO13485/QC080000/OHSAS18000/SA8000);
? Familiar with international and national regulations and directives (Reach, RoHS, SA8000, FDA, Social compliance);
? Supplier continual improvement and cost down program;
? General computer skill (Microsoft office – Excel, Words, Power Point etc.);
? Able to communicate in English(Verbal/Written);
? Excellent communication and reporting skill;
? Presentation skill;
