Our client is an Engineering company that has provided services to the nuclear industry since its creation in 1957.
The company's main activity centers on the rendering of inspection and component structural integrity services, the training of operations personnel by means of full-scope simulators and engineering in support of plant operation.
The company currently has more than 750 employees, approximately 50% of which are post-graduates, this being explained by the complex technologies associated with the service that it provides.
During the last decade, it has diversified its services and products on the international market, taking them to other industrial sectors such as aeronautics, the petrochemical sector, etc.
Due to the China business requirement, our client would like to recruit Human factor & Operations Engineer based in Beijing Office.
B) Job Summary
? The job consists on the performance of several operational and human factors analysis in order to design and manufacture the Human Machine Interface and panels of the Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) control room
C) Job Responsibilities
The Engineer will work in specific systems belonging to a nuclear power plant performing the following tasks:
? System Functional analysis
? System Allocation analysis
? System Task Analysis
? System Human System Interface design
? The worker has to be the capability, after a specific training, to perform or review these activities as well as those related with HFE rules based on NUREG-0711. All activities developed by the workers will be reviewed and supervised by engineers with experience in that. The final result will be the design of the operating displays and the hardware components located in a NPP main control Room

? Report to: Project Manager & Team Leaders
? Location of work base: Beijing
D) POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
? 2 years above working experience in related field
Master Degree in following deciplines: Nuclear / Mechanical / Electrical / Energy Engineering
? English: Good English level to read and write English documents as well as to receive English courses, instructions, etc, and to participate in meetings
? Team work, and positive attitude to new challenges
? Positive attitude to learn and be trained in new topics
