Role Description - summary
Have very good knowledge on customer’s specification and strongly design/process skill to drive team to meet or exceed targets.Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities
1. Perfectly execute data collection/sorting, fixture design, Layout, process composition, preparing/filing deliverables;
2. design/process management: System thinking on complete line, planning process & design baseline definition for whole line to meet Ergonomic, GD&T,CT and efficiency of production; Check and ensure design/process quality; Strongly trouble shooting on any design open issues from process and design; propose alternative solutions to satisfied customer’s requirements; FEA for very critical structures, for example Robot platform; Study TA from customer, collection customers’ standards & specifications; Director filing design/process documents, ensure final deliverables are good enough by the end of design phase
3. Team management: Create WBS of project, allocating resource to achieve design targets and milestone, Coaching other team member, share design and process knowledge with colleagues;
4. Project management: director mechanical PR,TA release; track design progress; report scope changes, risks and schedule impact to PM;5. managing Design reviews, keep good communication with customers and internal team members of project;

1.Above 5 years experiences as designers in automotive domain,
2.Background of BIW welding fixture design, Hemming die design, automotive product design and development;
3.CAD/CAM: Catia V5, UG(Solid modeling, Surfacing, Assembly&drafting), AutoCAD, Microstation;
MS office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word;4.Knowledge in EN,DIN,NAAMS,PSA,GM,VW and other car maker standards;
