Job Description:



The LBU (Local Business Unit) financial analyst reports to LBU controller. This position will take care of LBU or PG (Product Group) controlling and reporting and will also be involved in costing, assurance, internal control and commercial functions. The main job scopes cover below.



1. Assurance and internal control ( SOX ) work. Coordination with external auditor and internal auditor on walkthrough and testing.

2. Weekly sales reporting and analysis. Revenue and Order analysis working closely with Sales Director and Financial Controller to provide timely and accurate sales information.

3. Sales Cost analysis. Sales Team Cost analysis and reporting to Financial Controller.

4. Rolling forecast and Budgeting.

5. Ad-hoc finance analysis.

6. Ad-hoc finance and ERP projects.



Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Or experience in accounting firm.

2. 3-6 years experience in accounting or controlling functions in a multi-national company. Experience with different roles and functions will be an advantage.

3. Good understanding on accounting. Fair knowledge on USGAAP or equivalent.

4. Experience in any of below fields will be a plus: commercial process, hedging and foreign currency transaction, credit control, purchase and payment, customs duties, Tax, Incoterms, contract terms&conditions, project management, risk review, internal control etc.

5. Good ERP user. SAP experience will be a plus.

6. Hands-on experience in Excel, Word and Powerpoint.

7. Fluent in English speaking and writing.

8. Good inter-personal skills. Result and customer orientation
