Job Responsibilities
1. Ensure partner’s factory built up to be of ABB standard.
2. Review and approve factory layout and design and equipment/tool purchase proposal
3. Set assembly work for each work station to realize one-piece flow
4. Help partner to draft work instruction for each work station
5. Set up equipment maintenance system in the factory and periodically audit it
6. Establish 5S routines in the factory
7. Help factory to implement MES (Manufacturing Execution System) or similar production management system
8. Be involved in capacity enlargement and quality problem solving activities
 
Job Requirements
1. Master or Bachelor，Major in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or equal
2. At least 5 years working experience in field of equipment, production development or production process engineering.
3. Experience of new factory build up in machinery/electrical manufacturing factory.
4. Action oriented, initiative, analytical, team worker, open and direct communication
5. Good English ability in reading and writing, verbal is an advantage.
6. MS Office; Autocard and ERP knowledge preferred
