I Overall Responsibilities
Serve as one of the key technical experts for industrial robotics real time control system related firmware development

II Principal Accountabilities

System analysis, design and development for robot real time control system
Proposals for projects in the future that can bring benefits to ABB robotics
Document the results of R & D activity through patent applications, technical reports and publications

III Requirements

Education & Experience Required: •MSc. or PhD with excellent development experience in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent background that can demonstrate strong capability in the fields of automatic control system
Hands-on experience in VxWorks real time software development
Familiar with embedded system development such as DSP, PowerPC.
Know FPGA design
Know industrial automation such like robot, PLC or CNC.
Behavioral Skills Preferred: Effective communication and presentation skills
Good command of written & spoken English. and capable of working with global ABB organization
Open-mind and energy.
Able to promote teamwork
