Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales target in term of value, margin and unit, for assigned robot type and / or region, based on follow-up & review with individual LDU’s budget;
- Responsible for a correct price / margin from the ABB perspective in cooperate with global KAM, and LDU frontend colleagues;
- Drive business & internal trainings for products / applications, with support from local management, and cooperate with product managers, segment managers, service managers;
- Working closely with frontend to understand market such as market demands, customer request, competition status, SWOT situation, market prices, etc., and bring feedbacks with analysis & provide proposal;
- Develop market plans, product introductions, new product launch, etc. together with management, maximizing the sales of the products;
- Drive and support market events for assigned robot type and / or region;
- Provide overall rolling forecast monthly with daily dialogue to assigned region;
- Communicate & support frontend colleagues in terms of quotation, ordering, first-line technical questions, etc. at daily basis, with support from technical support engineers and backend teams within and/or outside of own department;
- Traveling together with frontend colleagues to visit existing / potential customers and/or partners, to help frontend to grasp orders from the market;
- Maintain necessary databases;
- Perform other relative duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor degree with major in mechanical or electrical engineering;
- Minimum 3 years’ work experience in technical sales support / sales & marketing position for investment equipment; internal transfer desired;
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, both oral and writing(must);
- Good interpersonal communication & presentation skill (must)
- Proactive, aggressive and initiative (must)
- Customer orientated (must)
- A good team player (must)
- Painting technical related working experience (preferred)
- Good computer skills in MS Windows / Office and other applications (desired)
- Available traveling worldwide (must)
- Multi-national / foreign invested company working experience strongly (preferred)
