General Responsibility
In charge of Azipod (thruster) business in China, Korea, Japan and Russia(far east). Include service, maintenance, retrofit, installation and commissioning.

Baseline & Principal Responsibility
1. Keeping in line with ABB Marine principle issued by Global Azipod Service Center
2. Making project analysis, plan, action according to the project situation, establish and Develop the relationship with key accounts, and implement the management plan for key account
3. According to customers requirement, to make Azipod service solution or proposal.
4. To make the quotation form according to the customer requirement
5. Execute Azipod Service contract
6. Manager and dispatch Azipod service engineer for Azipod commisioning
7. To attend the meeting related to technical and commercial discussion with customers
8. Working closely and smoothly with Marne service sales team and project execution team
9. Azipod Team development

Minimum Educational Qualification Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. English language
Other remarks
Knowledge/Languages
1. Mechanical engineering
2. Solution business sales and/ or maintenance/service sales experience is a must

Experience
1. At least 8 years project &service experience for Marine thruster or propulsion facilities/ systems or equipments.
2. In depth understanding of project &service business
3. Project management &service management experience
4. Marine industry experience is must
5. Leadership and management skill
6. Initiative sense, be able to work independently under great pressure
