职位描述
General Responsibility
1. Actively initiate the market study for Modernization/revamping projects with clear focus on Marine drive & automation application, meanwhile, look for maintenance service market in Marine industries
2. Identify the market potentials for modernization/revamping & spare parts & maintenance service business (service packages, maintenance business review, maintenance improvement program and maintenance outsourcing etc.) and transformed them into real opportunities
3. Support project execution team whenever necessary, maintain customer’s relationship
4. Achieve Order intake target and Sales/EBIT target
5. Continuous market alignment to identify new biz opportunities/ models, business development
Baseline & Principal Responsibility
1. Keeping in line with ABB Marine operation principle issued by top management
2. To promote ABB Marine system through his understanding in china Marine market.
3. Making project analysis, plan, action according to the project situation, further to secure the project
4. Establish and Develop the relationship with key accounts, and implement the management plan for key account
5. Timely maintain and update sales process databases
6. According to customers requirement, to make service solution or proposal with the support from TS team
7. To make the quotation form according to the customer requirement
8. To make the bidding document together with other sales engineer.
9. To attend the meeting related to technical and commercial discussion with customers
10. After contract awarded, attend the handover meeting with PM
11. Working closely and smoothly with Marine new system sales team and project execution team
12. Tracking the competitor trend and activity in China
13. Sales Team development
Minimum Educational Qualification Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. English language

Knowledge/Languages
1. Electrical engineering or automation engineering, Drive application
2. Solution business sales and/ or maintenance/service sales experience is a must
Experience
1. At least 8 years project &service business sales experience for Marine facilities/ systems or equipments.
2. Preferable working in multinational companies for such kind of solution/ service business sales function with profit &loss responsibility
3. In depth understanding of project &service business
4. Project management &service management experience
5. Marine industry experience is must
6. Leadership and sales management skill
7. Initiative sense, be able to work independently under great pressure
