General Responsibility
Act the role of receptionist, responsible for office administration.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1). Acting the role of receptionist
2). Office daily working, maintain nice and efficient office working environment. Including office tidiness and office equipment supplies.
3). Visitor schedule arrangement
4). Weekly working activities record.
5). Executes daily administration operations and seek for improvement to save administrative cost. Including hotel, courier, flight ticket booking, and etc.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
1). Female.
2). College degree above, Internship.
3). Office management and working experience. Experience in HR/ administration or related position preferred.
4). Patient, detail, careful, good service attitude, and English in conversation level are the basic requirements
SKILLS:
1). Good in English capability
2). Office equipment operating
3). Computer program skill, familiar with MS office including MS word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Internet.
