Job Responsibilities
- Sales & marketing activities in allocated markets to achieve LBU sales target.
- Identify new opportunities in existing and new markets.
- Fully understand the market trends and competitor activity.
- Analyze inquiries (incl. risks) and define sales strategy
- Prepare tenders according to LBU instructions and present it to the customer
- Technical and commercial negotiation and contract signing according to LBU instructions
- Analyze orders, compare it with the tender and hand it over to project management
- Prepare monthly OR forecasts and annual budget with superiors for the allocated markets
- Update yourself about technology and products of the competitor, especially the competitor’s activities in the allocated markets

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the field of electrical equipment for power industry.
- Technical Know-how of excitation such as generator, power chart, control theory, excitation transformer, rectifier, etc.
- Experience in key account management/customer relationship management
- Results-oriented with good ability to collaborate with others
- Strong planning skills and ability to deliver results
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Familiar with contract issues and estimating technical and commercial risks
- Good English and Chinese communication skill both in writing and verbal capability
- Computer skills (MS-Office, Lotus Notes)
- Willing to travel frequently
- Self motivated
