Job Description:
Logistics Specialist is responsible for the coordination all shipments to and from the factory, including the completion of all necessary paperwork (Packing Lists, Export Documentation etc.).

Typical work activities
1 Planning/Organizing Global Shipments

2 Management of Customs System( e-book), registration and deregistration ,

3 HS code classification

4 Management of Shipping Carriers

5 Management of shipping inventories (packing materials)

6 Planning Crating Requirements

7 Shipping and Import & Export Documentation

8 Shipment Tracking

9 Customer Communications

10 Monthly logistic payment settlement

11 Logistic cost control and analysis

12 Reporting

Job Requirements:
1 Resources with relevant Training/ Experience/ Qualification in an appropriate discipline.

2 3- 5 years working experience in import & export area.

3 3-5 years working experience both in using Customs System( e-book) and in Customs hand book de-register.

4 Experience on HS code classification

5 3-5 Working experience in multinational manufacturing enterprise is a must

6 English both in oral and in written are qualified.

7 SAP experience is a plus

8 Excellent Communication Skills
