职位描述
Principle Accountabilities:
？ Develop and execute supply chain strategies and plan in support of business and functional strategies/COTs, and meet customer needs through integrated processes (AIBM) systems and use of technology
？ Maintain visibility of, and support the Supply Chain Manager with the implementation of standard roles including role descriptions, details and requirements for the Supply Chain Job Family.
？ Resource initiatives and provide Supply Chain Benchmarks to support Supply Chain improvements as part of the overall Supply Chain effectiveness
？ Assist in gap analysis and evaluations of the capability of the supply chain with regard to people, processes and tools.
？ Develop and implement programs to improve supply chain people and process competency in alignment with business excellence.
？ Assist the Supply Chain Manager in development of self and team through execution of training for the standard roles by continuously identifying and communicating the specified and available education and competency requirements for Supply Chain Professionals.
Skill and Knowledge Required:
？ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistic or Manufacturing is required
？ Supply Chain/Logistic Operation experience preferred
？ SAP/planning system experience is a must
？ IT background is preferred
？ Competency in Data analysis and data accuracy
？ Knowledge of S&OP process
？ Ability to communicate effectively, oral and written English communications skills are essential.
？ Strong task prioritization skills
？ A problem solver rather than a fire-fighter.
