工作职责：
Task description:

独立完成汽车内饰件（如门护板，座椅，顶棚，中控台，仪表盘等）的开发工作
Independently development of interior parts like door panel, seat, roof, central console, Instrument panel …
协调其他职能部门获取必要的资源
Coordinate with other function departments to get necessary resource
准备相关材料，例如材料清单，二维图，安装手册等
Preparation of documentation, such as material lists, 2D drawings, installation manuals,
根据客户需求进行FMEA分析等
FMEA, etc. according to customer standard
协助项目经理演示技术方案、问题和解决方案
Support the project manager with presentations of technical concepts, issues and proposals for solutions

任职要求：
Requirements:

机械工程，电子工程，汽车工程专业，本科以上学历，或者其他同等学历
Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automotive engineering or any other comparable final degree
具有多年汽车行业工作经验
Have several years’ experience in automotive industry
具有汽车内饰零部件开发和设计经验
Experience in concepts and design of Interior parts and components
熟悉汽车开发过程和相关标准
Knowledge of automotive development processes and standards
具有良好的团队合作意识和杰出的沟通协调能力
Good team player with outstanding communication skills
具有解决技术问题的创新能力
Creativity for technical solutions
良好的英语读写能力，会德语者优先
Good English written and spoken, German language prefered
