职位描述
Job description:
1. Good SHE sense
2. Interact with Product Managers on product and technology projects
3. Formulate new paint products that meet the desired attributes of our Refinish and Industrial customers.
4. Improve existing products through use of local raw materials.
5. Scale up and align new products in the manufacturing plant.
6. Work closely with plant technical team and provide technical support as needed.
7. Supervision and development of technicians.
8. Independently accountable for technical projects and problem solving.
9. Interact with R&D and technical community in Europe and US.
Skill and knowledge required
1. Master degree or above, major in Polymer Chemistry, Material Science or related. Bachelor degree with more than 8 years will be considered.
2. At least 3 years of lab experience is required. Knowledge and experience in Auto Coatings or Industrial Coatings is desirable.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills
4. Good oral and written English skills
5. Experience in the use of DOE
6. Good team mate. Able to work in a team environment within the lab and with other functions
7. Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
8. Able to record data correctly and write technical reports.
9. Able to lead and work in a multi-disciplinary team.
