职位描述
Customer Interface:
- Work with biz team and related functional team to improve customer experience, incl. but not limited to:
o Maintain and improve customer complaint handling process and SFDC execution
o Drive quick response on customer complaint and root cause analysis, corrective/preventive action by regularly review, especially for service complaints
o Drive customer requirements implementation
o Lead customer quality audit
Quality Processes/System:
- Work with cross functional team to develop, maintain and improve quality processes/system:
o Develop and implement quality processes based on biz and customer requirements
o Drive key processes (new product introduction, management of change, customer audit, customer requirement process…) development and implementation as the key stakeholder from QM perspective
o Work with manufacturing site quality team, supply chain team to drive quality process & performance improvement in wholly own sites, contract manufacturing and logistic operation
o Work with supply chain team to drive contract manufacturer quality issues handling and escalate to SQE and supply chain management team per aligned criteria
o Work with SQE to drive supplier quality issue handling and quality performance improvement
Continuous Quality Improvement
- Work with biz leadership team to improve quality performance continuously:
o Set up key Q metrics and targets every year with management team to meet customer and biz requirements
o Monitor and review Q initiatives and metrics performance with management team to drive quick response and continuous improvements for targets achievement
Quality Competency
- Work with regional quality trainer to develop Q competency in IND biz and related cross functional team
Education/Training & Professional Experience
Bachelor or master degree in chemical, paint biz or manufacturing experience is an advantage
? Above 5 years’ experience quality management role
? Strong knowledge and ability on ISO9001:2008 quality systems
? Experience on ISO/TS16949:2009 is an advantage
? Direct customer facing job experience is an advantage.
? Knowledge of quality tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC) and analytical skill, 6 Sigma background is an advantage
? High attention to detail and accuracy
? Good communication skill and team player
? Good command of English, both in oral and writing skills
? Ability to effectively use Microsoft office products
? Willing to travel
