Job Objective
Handle after-sales complaint management focused on returns on the product and implement internal and external remedies based on general guidelines in cooperation with internal and external units.
Assure technically and functionally correct application of quality tools and methods which are relevant to production, including customer's requirements

Tasks / Area of Responsibility
A Handling of field rejects
1 Enter and administer the rejects in the SAP QM system.
2 Analyze incoming returns and forward information to the competent QPK.
3 Collaborate in the drawing up of the 8D report and make suggestions regarding the further processing in the more in-depth analysis stages (based on HP-C 544).
4 Initiate, supervise and assess laboratory examinations at the appropriate specialist departments.
5 Submit status report to the plant's and the central quality management and, if applicable, initiate escalation in the specialist departments and collaboration in risk assessment (HP-C 555).

B Evaluation, support, identification
1 Initial assessment of the analysis results
2 Support the laboratories, QPKs and specialist departments in case of questions
3 Identify potential field risks at the product and initiate remedial action in cooperation with the relevant specialist departments and the product development department
4 Identify and compare quality indices (controlling) and warranty costs and identify and work out possibilities to optimize technical factors in series production.
5 Identify and work out forecasts for the next fiscal year in cooperation with the plant's internal quality management.
6 Make suggestions as to lessons learned measures with information from the line-side/field rejects and coordinate with the competent QPK and summarize the analysis results as a basis for lessons learned in new projects.
7 Cooperate in the drawing up and updating of design/process FMEAs, risk management meetings and give advice to units affected with regard to project-related quality issues.

C Planning, updating
1 Define, plan and change the series-accompanying testing extent at the series-production devices and for new launches based on the experience and knowledge gained from the analyses of current devices by arrangement with the superior.
2 Discuss and agree the extent of testing and measuring of the more in-depth analysis stages with internal and external units, process planning dept. and product development dept. (based on HP-C 544).
3 Update and maintain the analysis center (5S) and procure the necessary product-specific test equipment (via QPK).

D Lead, support and instruct
1 Deploy, introduce, instruct and support employees.
2 Supporting those responsible in implementing measures to reduce increased expenditure /rework and scrap
3 Instruct employees and introduce and train newly hired employees with regard to quality- relevant tasks and failure recording on collective failure sheets, X/R cards and other tools used in quality assurance.

Requirement
1. Bachelor degree, science major related.
2. More than 3 years’ after-sales claim management experience in automotive industry.
3. Familiar with quality management and five tools, know well about test and measurement skill.
4. Fluent Chinese and English expression, proficient computer skills.
5. Good communication and team work spirit, outstanding independent problem solving ability.
