岗位职责：

1、处理与客户往来的各类文件，并归类存档。

2、与客户采购部门沟通，明确客户订单要求。

3、与销售沟通详细了解客户的要求。

4、与仓库沟通，明确客户订单要求。

5、与车间沟通，了解生产进度，并制定合同安排各项生产任务。

6、与财务沟通，了解客户付款情况，并且及时提供财务所需的文件。

7、按照客户要求制作报价单，合同等文件，并同时通过电脑系统选择材料，制作切料单以便生产。

8、按照上级或管理层要求收集相关数据表单。

9、接听客户来电，解答客户问题及处理客户投诉。

岗位要求：

1、大专以上学历专业不限，男女不限，有一定的英语基础。

2、干练果断，熟悉SAP或其他ERP企业管理软件应用。

3、工作经验一年以上。

4、有很强的沟通协调能力。

5、有一定的服务意识和抗压能力。
