Work to prevent damage to maintain facilities and equipment
RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. In charge of construction, office decoration and engineering equipment and its accessories as well
2. In charge of administration of power, lighting, water and all building facilities
3. Maintain good relationship with governmental and facility owner for some energy sources limited during peak season, facility modification, related to secure business, etc.
4. Security and safeguard, access control system, Fire fighting management, special equipment management and traffic management in factory.
5. Responsible for new investment machine implement plan, and ensure functional electrical power, water and compress air ready for machine installation and testing, Monitor the daily maintenance work. Work with machine supplier to find and solve the machine shut down problem in short time.
6.Organize with machine user leaders and supplier, edit the equipment management standard and operating process, also edit the equipment maintenance plan and assure the implementation of the plan. Solve the problem and improve the equipment running situation to enhance the reliability of the machine.
7.According to the machine running situation record, make the related improving plan in order to enhance the stability and reliability, also lower the shut down time.
8.Manage the special equipment according to the government regulation, to accomplish the first/second inspection.

Education & Languages :
Major in: Management / Mechanics / Electrics

Professional Skills & Experience :
1. Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel
2. Construction knowledge and budget
3. Familiar with CNC machine working theory, also the electrical theory and related laws and regulations.
4. Good organization and maintenance ability do the effective management for the equipment.
