The Role:
Summary of Position: Reporting to the Sales Support Department Manager, the position is primarily responsible for:
-Taking care of administrative & research tasks
-Increasing the efficiency of the overall team to better support the Sales member
-Giving general support on overall department as defined by your manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities: The primary accountabilities include:
- Increase, check and maintain Contacts DB, Data input from name cards mass emails given by the Management of the Company..
- Increase the number of contacts in the Database, thru research in LinkedIn and WebPages of the companies.
- Researches
- Support Sales Support leader during a bidding process where necessary for admin tasks (formatting, printing, binding, signature etc...).
- Translation EN/CN-CN/EN
- RSM Team members leaves, business trips planning management
- RSM Team members internal contact sheets management
- Prepare Minutes of Meetings
- General Admin assistance for the whole SAM-RSM team (expenses report, TRF, Application for Leaves, Payment Form, scanning, copying etc...)
- Consolidate weekly sales reports received from the sales (TBC).
- On mid / long term, be able to manage simple proposal (TBC).

Key Skills and Competencies:
The ideal candidate should possess:
Excellent organizational skills.
- Rigorous.
- Good command of English
- Good writing skills in English and in Chinese.
- Good communication skill
- Good knowledge of Microsoft system (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...).
- Good knowledge on internet & different search tools-

Education & Experience Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess:
University Degree in marketing or sales or business administration
- Ability to schedule one's work on a long term basis
- Ability to write research documents in a clear and structured way.
- Ability to synthesize
- A positive approach to dealing with people, especially with the sales member
