?使用标准的模板和工具录入卖方的产品信息到亚马逊平台,和其他的工作业务团队,卖家保持广泛和定期的联系(e-mail和电话)
?修正和加强现有客户产品内容,这些产品被很多的客户见到,但是在亚马逊网站上显示内容贫乏。
?分配和平衡团队的工作任务

?通过每周的一对一的会议,提供持续的支持和反馈给下属,

基本要求:
? 学士学位(最好是计算机科学或商业),3+年的工作经验。

About the Hiring Unit: Listing Services Team
Through the Amazon Marketplace, Amazon provides enterprises the opportunity to sell their goods on the Amazon platform. Worldwide, more than a million sellers use this Marketplace and thereby contribute to the success of Amazon. Amazon is growing its Marketplace aggressively worldwide. In this context, Amazon Services is setting up a new service to help sellers with listing their products on the Amazon Marketplace.
LISTING SERVICES: In order to sell products sellers need to provide Amazon with data on their products and fill in the data into product creation files following Amazon’s content creation guidelines. This process in some cases is a point of friction for sellers which we plan to reduce by building the product creation files on behalf of the sellers.
Position Description: Team Lead – Listing Services
Job Description:
? The Team Lead acts as a coach and supports specialist on the floor. He/she also interfaces with the team manager in other work related areas. The Team Lead would also have direct people management responsibility to a limited extent.
? Integrating seller content to the Amazon platform using standard item creation templates and tools, working with Business Teams and Sellers with extensive and regular interaction (e-mail and phone)
? Correcting and enhancing existing content of products that have high visibility on the Amazon website but show poor content.
? Is the point of contact for swift resolution of escalated seller/sales specialist requests
? Maintains service levels and ensures consistent quality of delivery
? Provides on-going floor support and feedback to Listing specialists via weekly one-on-ones with a focus on improving productivity and quality of the team
? Relentlessly works to research, identify, evaluate, rationalize and propose business opportunities for the Merchant Services group.
? Provides professional leadership to associates while also developing a positive team morale
? Assists the Manager in gathering data and preparing reports for analysis
Basic Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree(preferably Computer Science or Business) ,3yrs of work experience.
? Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) applications
? Excellent communication skills in written and oral English and Mandarin with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and mature manner.
? Interest in e-Commerce/Online business.
? Creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for operational excellence
? Expert understanding of Listing Specialist role, responsibilities and challenges
? Ability to manage conflicting priorities at work- capability to work on several projects in parallel
? Should show high ownership and institute process improvements wherever needed
? Should be able to operate fairly independently and displays autonomy and discretion at work
? Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and a passion for delivering great customer experience is required
