Responsibility:
1. Close cooperation with Finance Manager, implementing book-keeping and finance management;
2. Checking book-keeping work of the accountants and tutor their work, preparing or verify diverse reports;
3. To prepare and improve all kinds of Finance Policy, Controlling Process and relative forms, and follow the implementation and monitor for those policy and process in line with established strategy;
4. Preparing budget and monitor its performance, analysing the gap between actual and budget,therefore providing creative improvement advice;
5. To establish and promote financial analysis system based on comprehensive discussion, and fully implement it;
6. To cooperate Finance Manager to deeply research operation, summarize experience and regulation, establish cost controlling system and monitor its implementation;
7. Being responsible for firm's tax situation, regarding actual situation, to setup and implement tax plan
8. Participate finance system development;
9. Handling annual auditing and annual license validation;
10. Other cases assigned by Finance Manager;

Requirement:
1. Bachlor degree of Finance, Auditing and so on;
2. Above 2 years management experience as role of accounting supervisor and the like in foreign company;
3. Extremely proficient in communication, positive and flexible, strong capability in task implementation;
4. Strong ability in text expression,graph and analysis, strong ability in process design and implementation;
5. Comparative ability of coordination and organizing; 6. Deligent and conscientious, work under pressure.
