Responsibilities:
1.Take responsibility for several key components or the entirety of a program/project/system in IVI;
2.Responsible for technical strategy and implementation of Software components, their tests and validation;
3.Provide Senior Staff and Project Manager with the best advice possible for quality, productivity and risk management;
4.Spontaneously act to influence product strategy and technology development,
5.Take initiatives on advanced product innovation, new market possibilities and customer/partner lobbying;

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above in automotive engineering, EE or related field;
2.At least 10 years related industry experience, +15 years preferred;
3.HW/SW global partitioning, interaction and trends;
4. Advanced understanding of mobility, infrastructure, and the visions that can be derived;
5.Knowledge of advanced or upcoming technologies and how they will impact SW development and business in the embedded environment;
6.Knowledge and appreciation of the technology strategies of: Microsoft, IBM, Sun and also Oracle, Windriver etc;
7.Strong knowledge in automotive IVI is mandatory, personal or commercial vehicles;
8.Fluent in English, experience aboard preferred;
9.Team leadership and basic project management and reporting;
10.Product management and business strategies;
11.Criticality and Conflict management;
12.Customer pressure and negotiation management;
13.Consultancy skills;
14.Global networking;
15.Flexibility on travelling;
